This is the extraordinary moment that Hillary Clinton's security staff got into an argument with a traffic warden after he issued her car with a parking ticket.
The Westminster City Council warden put an £80 penalty notice on the former US secretary of state’s silver Mercedes vehicle in Central London while she was attending an event at Chatham House.
The row was caught on camera on Saturday by photographer Greg Brennan, who said five of her guards were waiting inside a Mercedes van next to her car at the time because it was raining.

I believe the DOS has their own security forces and these would not have been Secret Service protective detail forces. She is the spouse of a former President (impeached and dishonored never the less) but I think in an offical capacity it is State Department forces that would travel with her.
Did Jeb nominate her for the award?
Isn’t it amazing how dirt poor people would jump in front of a train for these people?
She’s now a private citizen and no longer with the State Dept. so any business she has isn’t official. I do realize that she IS queen Hilary and therefore no rules and regs. pertain to her.
I would like to know what parking/traffic tickets Obama found he had to pay when running for office, and if they tied him to Boston on or about 9.11.2001.
Methinks the Warden gave her the prize she truly deserved.
