Rove is misinterpreting the anger out here. Like the rest of the GOP-e and beltway he has fallen out of touch with the common freeman.

This is the current talking point from progressives (read: communists)in both parties:
The GOP has no plan for what to do next, so they should just give up and wait for the debt ceiling fight.

Rove.... Like the rest of the GOP-e and beltway he has fallen out of touch with the common freeman.Peruse Rove's bio more carefully. He was NEVER in touch nor an advocate for the common freeman. Pay attention to his actions and their consequences, not his words.

The Rovian GOP has been arguing since the Tea Party made John Boehner Speaker of the House in January 2011, ie 2 years and 9 months, that the current fight is wrong and the GOP should fight next time. Over 2 1/2 years they've been telling us. They've accomplished nothing to stop Obama in that time, which is the job their were elected to do.
Arguably, they lost the White House and the Senate, because the GOP was a do nothing operation with zero plans to stop Obama.
And Rove is still at it. Rove lost in 2006, 2008, 2010 (Tea Party won), 2012 and is on the path to lose in 2014.
Who bothers to listen to this guy anymore? He still has the ear of the millionaires and billionaires who fund his political operations to the tune of tens of millions of dollars every year. Rove deserves not another dime. Please, people.

Rove is not in office nor voted on a single bill.
Redirect your anger to someone who can do something.
Rove is a bloviator on FNC, that is all.
As it stands, there is no delay. Mark Levin is the guy
that makes sense.

Can’t say I agree with you here, but I do agree that Levin is the one making sense.
In my world, it’s still screw rove and his smarmy back room deals.
