"With reference to remarks made yesterday to an Italian radio program, I apologize if my words have generated controversy or misunderstanding, or if they hurt someone's sensitivity," Guido Barilla said in a statement. "In the interview I simply wished to underline the central role the woman plays within the family."

I’ve learned of a huge over imbalance of homosexuals in large circulation news media such as the New York Times, as much as 75% of the editorial staff.
I would like to call the owner of this pasta company and confirm he did indeed apologize. Because I have my doubts.

As a businessman, I would rather risk offending “Gay families” than risk offending straight families. The numbers just do not support any other course.

No one stays firm
Nobody wants to be Maurice’s BBQ sauce
All part of the same war
I am so sick of men who lick one another fecally
And women who pretend to have penises

More than likely, the Gaystapo dug up the identities of Barilla's suppliers and, many being less courageous against the homo-mafia, used extreme terrorist tactics against them until they told Barilla that no more supplies until he apologized.

To begin with, he said nothing offensive, IMO. Second, this backwards apology will do nothing to placate gays. Third, who gives a damn about what the president of a pasta company thinks about anything.
Every time gays start a boycott I consider it my civic duty to start using that product and go to Facebook and give it a "like."

FTA:
- I have the utmost respect for gay people and for everyone's right to express themselves. I've also said -- and I would like to reiterate -- that I respect gay marriages. Oh well...back to American Beauty as soon as my boxes of Barilla run out. Too bad, a-hole.
