I guess since he has been breaking that law since Benghazi was all about shipping guns to Alqueda,he better change the law before being sent to leavenworth

It would seem that the President is violating the Constitutional prohibition about providing aid and comfort to an enemy in time of war so his waiver is unconstitutional.

Not that anyone in Congress cares to call him on it.

The President is Commander in Chief of the military and therefore subject to military justice.

At what point does the military step in as and treat the President as a rouge military commander?
