The US lacks the moral authority to lecture anyone!
Vanity | 11 September 2013 | areukiddingme1

Last night as I watched the president of the United States try and make a case for bombing Syria over the use of chemical weapons I couldn't help but think -- If he is making judgments of the Syrian leader for killing a few thousand civilians (men, women, and children) with the presidents emphasis on children all sorts of alarms went off in my head because while the president is judging the Syrian leader for killing a couple of thousand with gas, then why isn’t it equally fair for the Syrian leader to judge and condemn the US for killing over 1.3 million unborn babies (infanticide) that are murdered and offered up as sacrifices to the secular religion of "choice" every year in the US. Where is the president's moral authority to judge the Syrian leader?

Murder is murder!

1 Judge not, that ye be not judged.

2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

Obama has even made chemical weapons designed solely to murder the most innocent and helpless among us available over the counter. Have they called a meeting of the U.N. Security Council yet?

“Obama has even made chemical weapons designed solely to murder the most innocent and helpless among us available over the counter.”

And in many cases funded at tax payer expense...

Obama said in his speech last night that we were aware of the lead up to the most recent chemical attack for a few days before it happened.

Wouldn't THAT have been the time to do something about it?

Or did SOMEbody need video of children twitching and foaming at the mouth for his own political exploitation?

Last night, on FOX News's "The Five" and Glenn Beck's "The Blaze" coverage, it was revealed that Assad had gassed his people some 12 to 14 times before this most recent one.

Why did Soetoro make this one so different?

To murder the children of others, Assad and his regime are indeed evil.

Here in America, we have MOTHERS who will murder THEIR OWN children - MILLIONS of mothers that evil.

"...Assad had gassed his people some 12 to 14 times before this most recent one. Why did Soetoro make this one so different?"

Barry O'Bunghole's need for a public diversion to distract the good folks from his other High Crimes And Misdemeanors had come to a disasterous tipping point, so it was time to Wag The Dog again. Clintoon's playbook, this time with brown sauce.

Now where'd I leave that noose...?

He didn’t even talk about Syria AT ALL! It cropped up out of no where. All he’s been doing is running around the country campaigning and talking about gays and taking our guns and the evil rich people. And that was in between golf, vacations and gala events. Bombing Syria is a cover for what might emerge on Behghazi. It’s all connected.

I cannot believe the democrat and RINO hypocrisy

Madeline Notsobright went to North Korea, raised a toast and delivered a signed basketball to the scion one of history's greatest mass murdering clans, Kim Chong Il of the “KIM” dynasty

Maybe Assad should just build gulags and let a million Syrians starve, then Pelosi and Kerry would still be shaking his hand

Obama played golf while how many Egyptian Christians were burned alive or butchered in their churches by Morsi’s thugs?

Clinton the “first black president” was getting blow jobs from an intern and triangulating his personal political career with the advice of Susan Rice while 400,000 Africans were being slaughtered with machetes

John Kerry, the really smart policy broker, broke bread with Assad 2 years ago, but now he can find the moderate rebels in Syria who need out air support? Well 30 years ago he negotiated a surrender of Vietnam to “moderate” communists who killed a million people.

While John was yachting on the Sound 250,000 desperate Vietnamese died trying to escape the workers paradise of John's VC and NVA partners

these people DISGUST me

Take out North Korea, barry, then we'll talk about the rest of them

Actually, the United States does have tremendous moral authority; but this does not mean that this authority is either in the possession of, nor can be wielded by, the occupant of the White House.

A good analogy is to a symphony conductor. Prior to a concert, even a guest conductor works with a symphony at least several times, going to lengths to fine tune the performance, rehearsing problematic parts repeatedly while giving suggestions for improvement of the performance as a whole.

This is how Republican presidents treat the seriousness of going to war, by laying the groundwork with friends, enemies, and neutrals; making sure the State Department and the Pentagon are fully involved in both the diplomacy and preparedness needed for such a thing.

However, in TV and movie comedies, an unprepared person steps before a symphony, picks up a baton, and starts waving it around randomly; to which the entire orchestra responds as if he was telling them which notes to play, instead of reading their sheet music.

Utter hooey. But this is the expectation, and the actions, of Democrat presidents. It generally fails miserably. To whatever they attribute their ability to be in charge, to plan and carry out something so huge; be it arrogance, gigantic ego, or just vast ignorance, the result is the same. Disaster.

Right now the White House is in chaos, with Obama frantically waving around his little baton, while squeaking “Obey me! Obey me!” to everyone else. His lieutenants are equally at a loss, because they have the same attitudes about foreign policy.

There is no moral authority here. Sitting on a vast reservoir of moral authority, and they cannot scoop up a spoonful of it.

as long as we have movements supporting mothers legally murdering children, (called “pro-choice”), “no-fault divorce” devastating families, sodomy called “marriage”, and molesting kids called acceptable, no one in this country has moral authority over anything.

But what about the insurgents who are killing Christians for the heck of it in Syria. The FSA is mostly al-quaida.

Remember the mujahadeen and Afganistan? The enemy of our enemy is not our friend.

We have allowed, and are continuing to allow millions of children to be murdered right here at home. And we didn’t even need obama for any of it.
