The system can certainly turn a child into a monster.
But for most monsters, there is no turning back. Just because it is the result of “the system” doesn’t make the monster any less monstrous.
There is no fairness here and no good fix.
Prevention is the only good answer. Kids need two parents. Sounds like this is another case of no father in the home.
I agree. However, we cannot ensure every home is a two parent home, but we can ensure nonviolent criminals, criminals who would be happy to serve their time peacefully, aren’t subject to horrible violence.
