Severely denounced ?
That’s the meme.
Not being a FB user, I wonder if this is real. I have not read a reliable statement of Liz Cheney’s position before this. Color me surprized if she really is against homosexual marriage given her father’s declared support.
Those who choose homosexual relationships are too afraid or too selfish to truly give themselves to another with all the potential consequences of natural love.
So when two same sex roommates finally leave grad school, one employed and the other not so fortunate, what is to prevent the unemployed roommate from seeking alimony from the employed roommate as a divorce after his/her sharing an apartment is claimed to be a common-law marriage?
Selfish hedonist.
More criminally, when sex is legitimate only in the institution of marriage, what is being done for the other victims in society, nation, family, and marriages which God had prepared in eternity past?
She doesn’t of course really mean it.
Somehow they always seem to believe the slippery slope we’re halfway down won’t carry us farther.
As far as I’m concerned this is nothing but cynical, deceptive political theater designed only to distance Liz Cheney from her family’s support for the homosexual agenda.
Anyone who falls for it is, well, naive, to be kind about it.
Please rephrase. I’m having an oldtimer moment. :-)
And I’m typing on this miniscule android keyboard. Bleaggh!
” this is nothing but cynical, deceptive political theater”
Exactly.
And I bet Liz attended the gay marriage ceremony.
Enzi should be able to find plenty of pictures.
I’m just theologically ranting...:^)
The more I’ve looked at how the American common man tends to think today, compared with 30-40 years ago, it strikes me that essentially we have first come to accept fornication and adultery as being naturally acceptable behavior.
Those who find that behavior as the status quo, then read into the minds of homosexuals as having the same impulsive heterosexual behavior they have as fornicators and adulterers, except with a nuance of preferring other sexual enticement.
Unfortunately, it isn’t the same thinking, but it is much more criminal and evil, causing many more victims and destroying future familial relationships.
Mary said: bash my sister she hurt my feelings.......
It’s a set up. Don’t fall for it Wyomans.
Freedom means freedom for everyoneNo, that is not what it means. It does not mean wiping out morality.

Agree. Since it's political suicide for a candidate running in Wyoming to endorse gay marriage, she's now "strongly pro-life" and "against gay marriage", the same way Hollywood liberal George cLooney's dad was SUDDENLY "strongly pro-life" and "against gay marriage" when he decided to run against Geoff Davis in a solidly conservative Kentucky House district. Voters are supposed to forget about the fact that they were both applauding the left on gay marriage just a few months earlier.
Liz Cheney's stated position doesn't differ much from Obama's anyway, both of them say it's up to the "people of each state" to set the standards of marriage.
And in reality, both Cheney sisters are wrong. Marriage is marriage and it does not change. It's physically impossible for two people of the same gender to form a "marriage", regardless of whether a federal judge OR the voters of a state say they can.
Sorry Mary, you are wrong.
I just woke up and maybe that's why but it is unclear to me as to which Cheney wrote that. It sounds like the queer one to me.
Is Liz dead wrong, or God dead wrong?
So, according to Mary, we are not entitled to our own beliefs, if said beliefs do not coincide with Queen Mary’s beliefs.
