A group of kids and a pre-teen bully a three year old girl and make her cry at least twice on camera. The cameraman (a 12 year old boy) brags on Facebook and titled his video "When white people p*ss black people off."

Kids will be kids that is why God gave kids parents to tell them when they are doing wrong and disciplining them but if the parent isn’t there to stop this kind of behavior then it will just get worse.

The problem is ... they have no parents.
Obviously the feral animals have taught their young to attack those smaller and weaker than themselves.
This child sat on her bike in the road crying for the longest time. Where the heck were her parents? This says as much about the caregiver of this child as it does about the actions of those kids doing that to her. It’s like she was left alone to defend herself. Makes me so ill!
