I wonder if maybe they might also find her HS and college school records and old school friends in their search through her drawers?

Unless the Republicans decide to fight like these bastards, all is lost.

Uh, Liz is fighting another Republican - Sen. Enzi.

If I understand the article correctly, anybody can buy a license, it just costs less for residents

The law is absurd.

So it doesn’t apply to Liz Cheney?

You can buy an out of state fishing license. Everywhere I’ve been, you have to show your state drivers license when you get an in-state fishing license.

This came from the New York Times.

It’s in the Wyoming papers as well. Are you glad Liz Cheney is running against a Republican Senator, instead of against Virginia’s Democratic Senator?

It takes a whole lot of gall to pretend this is an issue, in the climate of government these days. Good grief.

You can buy a non resident one day license.

It wouldn’t be an issue if, instead of moving to Wyoming to spend money against a sitting Republican senator, Ms. Cheney stayed in Virginia to challenge that state’s Democrat senator.

It applies to everyone.

However, if I move from, Iowa to Minnesota or Missouri or other nearby states, I can get an in-state hunting or fishing license as soon as I get a drivers license in that state.

A one year wait is ridiculous.

The state is thinking that residents and none residents should pay different amounts to fish so they created resident and non-resident fishing licenses -- most states have them. Cheney in this case bought a resident fishing license and that's what the reasonable criticism is about.

I’m just glad she’s running.

Since when did residency become such an issue?

Lugar didn’t live in IN for 3 decades that he was their Senator.

Sorry...I just see this as a Cheney-bash

Hey, Liz Cheney’s getting ready to spend probably hundreds of thousands if not millions of dollars to bash Republican Sen. Enzi. (Instead of staying in Virginia and challenging its Democrat Senator). She’s starting the bashing — already calling Enzi, who’s 69, “confused.” Looks like she was “confused” when she bought an in-state license when she was ineligible.
