What was the “sequestration violation” issue? The cited video mentioned that it would be decided tomorrow morning, but the issue was not described.

Also, earlier on this thread asked what data from the phone was withheld by the prosecution. The video showed the defense complaining, but did not provide information on what it was.

The defense witness Donnelly was in court apparently on a number of occasions prior to his testimony and we can assume he heard both testimony and motions - very bad - and it makes you question how that could have happened. There is another matter regarding some defense witnesses “comparing notes” before testifying as well - I haven’t heard much about that, but tomorrow morning is going to be interesting.

The male member of the Donnely family was sitting in the courtroom earlier in the trial.

At least one occurrence of a Defense witness being in the courtroom on inappropriate days. Could have tainted his testimony. Defense maintains they were days that didn't contain any testimony relevant to his. Prosecution maintains the Defense needs to be taken out and shot, then drawn and quartered for good measure. Judge took it under advisement and moved on.

Also, earlier on this thread asked what data from the phone was withheld by the prosecution. The video showed the defense complaining, but did not provide information on what it was.

All the cell phone data was withheld by the prosecution until June 3 (I think I heard West say), which was about three days before Jury Selection started. It was a massive data dump and the Defense claimed then they needed more time just to see what the texting history was. They were able to go to trial with the phone call logs, but that's about all, so they had to start without this proffered witness. Now, the expert witness for the Defense has produced extremely valuable information concerning the fighting capabilities and proclivities of one Trayvon Martin. Defense claims obstruction from the prosecution resulting in loss of Zimmerman's constitutional rights, the Prosecution claims the Defense can have a stout glass of Bourbon before they go the firing squad, even though they're a bunch of meany doody-heads. Bernie is just that great of a guy.

That's when the "judge" got up and walked out in a snit. I assume she's taking the Bourbon, then the rest of the proffers, under advisement.

Did that help?

TM had a secret file that one could only get to with two passwords. The file contained pornogrophy which was still there but had been wiped of the text and pictures that dealt with his fighting , trying to get a gun and drug use. The possession of the phone supposedly went from LEO to the DA.

Otoh CRUMb got DD name from papa Martin off the phone So the deposition yesterday may have been more enlightening then we know

The Prosecution published a couple of pics from the double secret
File in January. Soooo Sanctions have been filed against them. Withholding evidence
