Per witness: “Brain has a minimum reserve of ozygen for 10-15 mins even if your heart is ripped out. Trayvon was losing blood. Every time the heart contracted, the heart was losing blood. His heart was probably beating about 100 times per minute. If he loses a tablespoon of blood every time the heart beats (15 ccs) per min, this is 1/4 of his blood supply. The second min. heart is beating faster. He is losing about 50 percent of his blood supply at this point and so will be dead within 1-3 mins after being shot in this case.”
