FWIW, when Cory Booker is on Sunday AM news panels, he comes across quite well.

Pallone is one of the creepiest, smoky backroom-iest Democrat machine fixers there is.
He makes my skin crawl.

Is Lautenbergs son a Raaacist?

Well...the seat is going to go Dem. I’d much rather see Booker in there, not some ‘friend of the family’ to a looooong term good ol boy.
Besides, Booker comes across quite well. Another Rhodes scholar..I give him credit to going back to Newark and at least try to salvage that city.

One has to wonder what work ethic that he is referring to.
Perhaps he means the one where his father was committed to the government model of steal, steal, and steal until there is no more.

When they write the history books about the last 30 years, Frank Lautenberg will be remembered as one of the most inconsequential people ever to serve in the U.S. Senate.
I mean -- 30+ years in the U.S. Senate and his obituaries are filled with "accomplishments" like sponsoring the Federal law to ban smoking on airplanes? ROFL.

I love these Laut threads....it reminds me that the son of a bitch is dead! +1 for unborn babies, women, and firearm rights!
