There still is a 1st amendment isnt there? Actually, no there's not. The Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and pretty much the rest of the rule of law disappeared in 2009.

Actually, no there's not. The Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and pretty much the rest of the rule of law disappeared in 2009. Ok....I'm for defending it. Any of the 50 states want to take a stand, I will move there...I thought the first would be Texas....obviously they have their own problems.
