There still is a 1st amendment isn’t there?

Actually, no there's not. The Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and pretty much the rest of the rule of law disappeared in 2009.

It's really not America any more. As Mark Levin says, we're now living in "post-Constitutional America." I call it the USSA.

Ok....I'm for defending it. Any of the 50 states want to take a stand, I will move there...I thought the first would be Texas....obviously they have their own problems.
