Former President George W. Bush today cheered on the “progress” in pushing comprehensive immigration reform through Congress.

“The legislative process can be ugly,” Bush said with a chuckle in an interview aired today on ABC’s “This Week.” “But it looks like they're making some progress.”

If so, it's because the voters are going hard left. Everybody keeps missing or evading that point.

the aren't going left you naive fool.

Three main reasons the rats are winning:

1)The evil left is importing millions of RAT voters AKA, illegal immigrant criminals.

2) outright voter fraud, especially in RAT control big cities.

3) The RAT key ally, the GOPe keep pushing Statists down our throats alienating millions of Conservative voters.

You don't belong on this site if you think "the voters are going hard left" That's a disgusting comment.

Obama, the RATs and disgusting GOPe are brutally governing AGAINST the will of the people.

Only a DUmpster type leftist would think the voters are going hard left.

Actually, we can't win as a third party.

BS..

The corrupt Republicans said the same exact thing about our borders..."It's impossible to secure our borders and impossible to deport millions of these criminals". And they've been saying the same thing for over 15 years now.

Ya think no one noticed?

Choosing instead to take the easy way out and blame the fictitious "GOPe"

Jim, get a good laugh at this comment! What a nutty comment.

Is that you Rove? If you don't believe the GOPe doesn't exist then you are either a GOPe statist operative yourself or naive beyond words.

I think it would probably take a few election cycles for a Conservative Third Party to win. But as I said before, man can no longer fix the mess we’re in. It’s gone too far.

"Actually, we can't win as a third party." BS..

If we don't have the numbers for motivated conservatives to take the primary, we certainly can't win over a Dem while splitting RINO and conservative votes in the general. We have to make the primaries our priority, and we have to actually show up and vote. If we run a separate ticket that wins, that means we could have taken the primary too. We can run a separate ticket that loses even if the conservative beats the RINO candidate. Those losses could be wins if we stayed in the Republican Party.

"Why, oh why, did we ever elect this a$$hole? The only justification was that his opponents were worse, but that’s no excuse for the Republicans running this turd! He was a lousy president, and I hate to admit that those who said he was “not bright” were right...."

So I'll put you down as "undecided" about a "Day in the Life of the Ex-President in Pictures" feature? ;-)

Obama is ten times worse than Gore or Kerry. Staying with the team got us the sum of all our dread. So what was the point?

Thank you---you brought up several good points I neglected to mention.

"The RAT key ally, the GOPe keep pushing Statists down our throats alienating millions of Conservative voters."

It's that simple, and refusing to recognize the truth will tighten the chokehold of the GOPe.

“I’m still pissed that he was the choice to keep Algore or Kerry out of the WH.”

Ok, so who would have been better ? I believe McCain came in 2nd in 2004.

In 2000 the lineup looked like this.

George W. Bush, Governor of Texas
John McCain, Senator from Arizona (withdrew on March 9, 2000 and endorsed George W. Bush)
Alan Keyes, former U.S. ECOSOC Ambassador from Maryland (withdrew on July 25, 2000 and endorsed George W. Bush)
Steve Forbes, businessman from New Jersey (withdrew on February 10, 2000 and endorsed John McCain. He then endorsed George W. Bush)
Gary Bauer, former Undersecretary of Education from Kentucky (withdrew on February 4, 2000 and endorsed John McCain. He then endorsed George W. Bush)
Orrin Hatch, Senator from Utah (withdrew on January 26, 2000 and endorsed George W. Bush)
Elizabeth Dole, former Secretary of Labor from North Carolina (withdrew on October 20, 1999 and endorsed George W. Bush)
Pat Buchanan, publisher and author from Virginia (withdrew on October 25, 1999 to run for the Reform Party nomination)
Dan Quayle, former Vice President from Indiana (withdrew on September 27, 1999 and endorsed George W. Bush)
Lamar Alexander, former Governor of Tennessee (withdrew on August 22, 1999 and endorsed George W. Bush)
Robert C. Smith, Senator from New Hampshire (withdrew in October 1999 and endorsed George W. Bush)

Baby and daddy Bush were both born up in the Northeast.

Standin in a garage don't make ya automobile now does it? You can say your from Texas, but what’cha gone and done was drag that Northeastern liberal poppycock all the way down here to Texas.

George, ya ain't no Texan...nor is your daddy. If you shared Texas values, ya would’ah shut down those borders lickety split. Seal’em tighter than a drum. But’cha didn't

You refused to do so while you wuz governor and you refused to do it when in the white house. Far as I'm concerned, you ought’ah have your passport to the republic revoked.

Now, go on and get back in your box and leave this amnesty thing to the true conservatives.

I know what you are saying, but many actual Texans support open borders. I have had more arguments about the border issues with Texans than all others put together.
