Every 4th of July, large groups of whites hit black people in the face and knock them down, so Mayors and city councils around the country, cancel Independence Day celebrations?
Where, in what towns and cities does this happen.

In my town, we've had 4th of July fireworks going back 40+ years, but black gang (or ganglike) violence in 2012 caused them to be canceled this year.
Just another one of those "benefits of diversity", I guess.
