The NYT had an enormous archive of pictures and history that could have been the basis for being the Yahoo and Google and maybe Amazon if they had had any vision. The newspaper business is failing because their management won’t adapt to the new internet age and become something more than a supplier of cage bottoms.

What needs to happen with these dying leftist rags is for someone, the Koch brothers for example, to buy them and turn them around as more conservative publications. I doubt if we have an example of that yet but what a lesson it would be for the lefties.

Just throw in 10 million and give the Globe to the union.
After all it is a write off for the Times.
Using liberal logic this is an example of corporate welfare.

“Now accepting bids”
But are they getting any bids? I wouldn’t give them ten cents, because whoever buys that piece of leftist junk will likely end up with endless debts and obligations and lawsuits, I suspect.
