This is a mess. Not until Rev Wright did I start to understand how truly great the divide is between us. The bitter anger on both sides is so destructive it’s amazing we’ve come as far as we have.
I take some objection here, I don’t see both sides being bitter towards one another, I see ONE side constantly flaying around trying to blame whitey for everything in their life.
I had no real opinions about blacks in general, and still don’t by and large. This division has surfaced at a rapid speed in the last 5 years due to obama saying the ‘cop acting stupidly’ all the way to the black panther voter gig and it’s picked up speed from there.
I guess my point is simply that I hadn’t heard, nor do I now, whites going around pointing fingers at blacks and yelling racism.
