Evil. Wicked. Sinful. Idolater. Deceiver. Can’t lead people to hell fast enough wolf in sheep’s clothing.

Just reminded me to look up again.

Another first for the UK - the country leading the West into abyss of death and destruction.

I’m sure the Episcopal Church here in America will soon follow suit.

We can only hope that Conservative Christian Africans take over the hollow shell of this church and return it to it’s roots.

Is this different than a pagan-centered Christian church?

There is a reason why three Anglican bishops and 500 English parishes have requested entry into the Catholic Church.

No wonder Islam is making headway in Britain—filling a spiritual vacuum.

The problem is that churches, for practical reasons, are obsessed with appealing to people. Membership is down, they can’t pay their bills, so they want to do something different to fill those pews. God didn’t tell us to do that. He told us to boldly proclaim the Gospel, and if people wouldn’t receive it, to shake the dust off our sandals and move on.

We are supposed to be on the narrow path, but the churches want to widen the road so that they can collect more tolls.

“.. create a pagan church where Christianity was very much in the centre..”

not foolishness, but idiocy!!

they best return to the faith of our fathers - tested and true!! Somewhere along the way it has been lost.

The Anglican/Episcopalian church has been a pagan church for so long that it’s amazing they even thought they had to make any changes. Well, maybe making it “Christianity Centered” (whatever that means) would be a change.

Oh my goodness!!! My innocent and beautiful little 4 year old grandson was just "baptized" by this church.

I'm told that the particular church where he was "baptized" is conservative and doesn't buy all the "progressive" garbage as seen by the "related" articles at the end of this article, (check them out FReepers) but the tiny church is shrinking fast.

Now I see why his mother has been telling us she's thinking about switching to the catholic church.

Of course Mrs. Wasp and I are White Anglo-Saxon Protestants from which we get our WASPish screen name. We are really torn up about this as we are totally taken by this beautiful child of God!!!

Something more to pray fervently about!!!

As part of its drive to retain congregation numbers...
1 Timothy 6:10
King James Version (KJV)

For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

Considering that Archbishop Justin had this to say about “gay marriage, the Church of England has its foot pressed firmly to the metal. Full speed ahead!

“It is clearly essential that stable and faithful same sex relationships should, where those involved want it, be recognised and supported with as much dignity and the same legal effect as marriage. Although the majority of Bishops who voted during the whole passage of the Civil Partnerships Act through your Lordships’ House were in favour of civil partnerships a few years ago, it is also absolutely true that the church has often not served the LGBT communities in the way it should. I must express my sadness and sorrow for that considerable failure. There have been notable exceptions, such as my predecessor Archbishop Ramsey who vigorously supported decriminalisation in the 1960s.

It is also necessary to express, as has been done already, total rejection of homophobic language, which is wrong; and more than that, sickening.”
