IMHO someone should research Nelson’s record on gender discrimination cases.
From what I have been reading, he did the best he could with what he had. In no way, form, or fashion was this to be a fair and impartial trial.

I have never been on a criminal jury, but I have been on several municipal juries for cases involving running red lights, stop signs, no insurance, etc. It has been my experience that many female jurors are loathe to pass judgment on anyone. There's always a few who "feel uncomfortable" about judging someone. This could benefit Zimmerman.
What does "he profiled" him mean?
Is there a crime in Florida called "profiling"? What is it?
And if there isn't, why is the State mentioning the word?

Agreed, after reading the details I’ve gone from hung-leaning convict to hung-leaning acquit on this.
Women are going to be very receptive to the notion that Zimmerman was pinned to the ground getting beat in the face when he fired the shot. Which really undermines the whole murder 2 charge.
I would say probable acquit, but I cant rule out the possibility of one or more stealth jurors. But I don’t think all six are ...

Well, all the store owners have about four weeks to get all the inventory out of their stores, while the community has the same four weeks to make lists of that they want to steal. Should be a good riot.
Interestingly, even a young puppy understands that you don’t sh!t where you eat, but the rioters will just trash everything in their ‘hood!
As the show trial begins, I want to wish the best to George and the Zimmerman family.

So yeah I think some people are jumping to conclusions thinking that just because its a female jury it will automatically mean guilty..many females like someone who is willing to protect their community..if we had known that the majority of the Gosnell jury were pro choicers we would have thought he would have walked for sure, but he was convicted of 1st degree murder so can’t really put much value into who is on the jury
