I can prove it’s not transparent and even point to court orders which demonstrate it and then FBI documents explaining how they gather the information and a few FOIA that EFF and EPIC have proving otherwise.
But, that would take a couple of hours and my other post is fairly is extensive.

It's all there in plain English. You listed the stuff. It's been there in plain sight all this time.
Obama's view of 'transparent' is that 'your' ignorance of the 'laws' doesn't make them invisible.
