We are losing this country, quicker than I ever imagined..if we dont fight for our freedom we wont have anything left
Man, would I love to be on that jury!
A lot of mindless bureaucrats would be facing at least that much jail time!
Even kids have the right to ignore truly stupid cops who make up code sections prohibiting whatever he/she/it arbitrarily and capriciously wants to define as an infraction worthy of an arrest.
Those cops, by definition, slipped through the cracks when satisfying basic psychological requirements for the job, and should be doing something else.
Unfortunately, once they engage you (most seem to be pit bulls who just lock on to a victim) the only proper resolution is to go see the judge (with all the baggage the judges carry for the cops).

Should be shown to kids at least once per year.
Cops can shoot and kill you without any oversight/retribution.
If you don't want to commit suicide by cop, it's best to treat them with initial deference. If you want to go up against someone, pick someone higher up the food chain.
The problem was created by the school administration calling in the police in the first place. The NRA is a legal business much like IBM, XEROX, etc. The teacher would not have acted the same if the boy was wearing an IBM shirt, I’m sure.
That’s okay! I don’t prefer to see Nancy Pelosi in a dress. Hillary Clinton either!
Schools are becoming freak shows. It would be comical if it weren’t damaging so many promising lives.
This ping list is for the other articles of interest to homeschoolers about education and public school. This can occasionally be a fairly high volume list. Articles pinged to the Another Reason to Homeschool List will be given the keyword of ARTH. (If I remember. If I forget, please feel free to add it yourself)
The main Homeschool Ping List handles the homeschool-specific articles. I hold both the Homeschool Ping List and the Another Reason to Homeschool Ping list. Please freepmail me to let me know if you would like to be added to or removed from either list, or both.
They wouldn’t do a thing if he had a burglar’s tool and stolen jewelry and marijuana paraphernalia.
