I was well into my 50’s before I began to realize that Psychiatry and ‘psycho-analysis’ was a made-up science based on purely secular fear and hysteria. To me, those who espouse it and swear by its conclusions are nothing more than medieval clerics arguing over how many angels will fit on the head of a pin.

I wasn't that old but I reached an epiphany point where I realized that my issues were mine and and I only had them because I allowed myself to have them. People who know me say it was as if a switch had flipped and I suddenly found an even keel.

Sure I still get angry or depressed but that's natural. Its just that now I know its not the end of the world and it passes.

I've also known a few damaging and abusive psychologists including one who did time in prison for attempting to burn his house down with his wife and infant son inside.
