Dr. Krauthammer on Fox News Special Report during the All-Star Panel last night, Bret Baier said, "Charles Krauthammer, when the president says there's no 'there' there, it almost seemed that he was challenging reporters to say, 'No, really, there's no "there" there.'"
KRAUTHAMMER: The one advice I'd give to Republicans is stop calling it a huge scandal. Stop saying it's a Watergate. Stop saying it's Iran-Contra. Let the facts speak for themselves. Have a special committee, a select committee, the facts will speak for themselves, pile 'em on; but don't exaggerate, don't run ads about Hillary. It feeds the narrative of the other side that it's only a political event. It is not. Just be quiet and present the facts.
RUSH: Okay, so shhhhh. Don't say anything, folks. 'Cause all you're gonna do is make the independents mad, and they'll just run back to the Democrats. Don't pile on. Don't gloat. Don't say, "I told you so." Just let the facts speak for themselves, just shh, shh, shh, shh, it'll take care of itself. No matter what the Democrats do, no matter what they say about you, no matter what they say about us, you just shh, shh, don't say anything.

RUSH: Now, Charles Krauthammer on Fox last night said that we need to let the facts speak for themselves and that you people are making a mistake, Republicans are making a mistake, if you compare this to Watergate or if you compare this to Iran-Contra. Don't call Obama Nixon! You know, don't exaggerate. Don't run ads on Hillary. Just let the facts speak, 'cause if you do all that stuff, that's gonna feed the narrative that all you are is political, and that all you are is trying to defeat Obama politically and then people aren't gonna like you.
So with that in mind, let's go to sound bite number eight. It's the NBC Nightly News. The anchor, Brian Williams, was talking about the AP phone records scandal and the IRS targeting conservative groups.
WILLIAMS: As a lot of American adults not so fondly remember the last time the government was found looking into the phone calls of reporters and using the IRS for political purposes, it was the Nixon era. And while times have changed and circumstances are different, that subject came up at the Obama White House today as the administration now scrambles on several fronts.
RUSH: Oh. Brian Williams there just compared Obama to Nixon. Supposed back off, let the facts speak for themselves.

Ole Chuck is a recovered Democrat. Then again, McCain, Graham and other RINOS are probably saying the same thing.
Charles would prefer his dinner companion not be totally exposed for what he is.
But wasn’t that Krauthammer’s point? let OTHERS make the point that it’s like watergate. Sit back, be quiet and let the other side be consumed by the inferno.
He’s also pro choice. Has he ever made comment on Gosnel?

Kraut and Rush both want the Clown to suffer get nailed for breaking the law. They have different pieces of advice on how to do it...
The media, at least for now, DOES seem to have some interest in this story...
the Republicans CAN go overboard, but it doesn’t hurt to keep the information flowing.
I would just like to point out—Karl Rove is running ads attacking Hitlery...and I have seen FREEPers here rip him for doing so....attacking Rove’s motivation.
Now here comes Kraut saying DON’T attack Hitlery, and we have FREEPers here saying HE is wrong.
So just as there is diversity among FREEPers regarding the best action, I think there will be diversity among the conservative punditry and among the Republican elected officials.
When your enemies are at war with each other then standing back and not reminding them of their common foe is probably the best tactic.
How do you know Kraut is pro-abortion? I have never seen that asserted before.
When the other side is destroying itself, stand back and let them do it. LOL
These evidences of corruption need to be kept in front of the people,
and then start subtly interjecting that no one is going to make moves to impeach Obama or remove Holder because of political correctness.
Rush already mentioned this today - that it is understood that “African American” politicians will not be removed from any office they occupy - it just isn’t going to happen.
Krauthammer is certainly under the influence of Gosnellian logic!

Did you ever stop and think that maybe they did so at the request of the GOP?
And yet, if you read any of the libturd screeds from those days, you would absolutely swear that they were going after Clinton because he had sex, sex, sex.
In a way it really does not matter what we say on this side. Yeah, we gotta hammer the facts home, but the libturds will have their say.
Right now, I think they are in a state of shock to know that ObamaLied, lied to them.
When that shock wears off they will be back on his bandwagon lapping up his crap.
Really? True of false...two thirds of the nation's adults either don't have the first clue who Rush is or hate his guts.
I think Krauthammer is right-be cool-let the paranoia build till it is so out of control that the driveby media are selling the scandal on the street corners-just like Watergate...
So McQueeg and now Krauthammer want a Select Committee? How many RINOs are going to have to pile on this idea to convince people it’s a bad idea?
We already have a fine committee working on this, Issa’s. A Select Committee will give the Rats a chance to bog it down before it even starts by getting into prolonged fights over who will be on it. We’ll end up with a committee full of Thomas Pickerings who will produce a whitewash and save Obastard. The only thing Issa lacks is subpoena power, and that can be easily rectified.
I never found any logic in “keeping quiet.” Not today with the Alinsky tactics in full swing. Plus, Sour Kraut - the Sarah Palin hater - is not my favorite.
