But this Prom Boy look alike is not the blame for the lies he speaks. I doubt he has the intelligence.
I believe Carney has intelligence, what he lacks is integrity, honesty, conscience, Patriotism, and love for America.
He is a tool, a willing tool who one day will be laughed at.
