The guy on the phone seemed to know a few things that real mitary folks know, however I couldn’t get over his constant stuttering and stammering. Does the Active military let folks in who have a diagnosable speech disorder?

He stated the drone was over the consulate, he was then ordered to take it over the annex several blocks away, which was done. Hannity asked if they returned it to the consulate and his response bothered me. He said he couldn’t remember because of the time lapse, wasn’t sure......I think that would be pretty memorable because at that stage, it had to be on fire.

I don't know about the USAF, presumably the drone operator's branch; however, I know in the Army:

"Any current receptive or expressive language disorder, including, but not limited to any speech impediment, stammering and stuttering (307.0) of such a degree as to significantly interfere with production of speech or to repeat commands, is disqualifying."

Speaking under stressful conditions—stepping forward without official cover, to “translate” work lingo into easily understood words civilians could understand, trying to avoid identifying agencies he worked with, avoid identifying operational tactics and considerations, and then trying to scope his remarks to steer clear of classified data is a real chore. . .especially to those not schooled in the Clontoon Art of Deception. . .yeah, he spoke in a manner that was not glib.
