I know that’s a compliment to our governor, but I have a slightly different take to offer. Perry hasn’t changed or gotten better with age so much as he was mischaracterized and smeared with an unbelievable avalanche of distortions and lies in regard to what he’s really like. He was called a Democrat, a RINO, an amnesty lover, slow, stupid etc. As time goes on it simply gets harder and harder to maintain those smears. However, some of it still rears its ugly head on here...
He is a good guy. I”m sorry I bought into all that RINO carpola about him during the last election cycle. He would have been a good President.
