Yes, that is the photo of the woman taken into custody at the same time as the Kazaks. It was speculated on a thread the other day that she may be the same one with striped sleeves and a large blue bag who seemed to begin using a phone at exactly the moment that Djokhar passed her on the sidewalk. No way to tell from the photo and the surveillance video, but it does make one wonder about the phone lady’s actions.

I never did see a clear picture of the two Kazaks being taken into custody.

I am going blind from watching shaky video footage, but I do believe I can see yellow balloons rising aftere bomb #2 detonates, and the balloons are in between bomb one and two locations. Perhaps a third bomb was supposede to get detonated between the first two but did not for some reason? I have to believe the FBI must have considered the use of balloons to send detonators aloft for 'line-of-sight' capabilities, especially given the amount of smoke generated at or near ground level by the first two explosions. I wonder what the ISraelis have found, where one bomb explodes then more to catch first responders?

The pack of balloons seen clearest after bomb one has soemthing larger than string hanging from the balloons and the pack drifts sort of out over the street as it rises, then swings back towqard the buildings as it gets higher. Down the street, a second pack of balloons appears to rise between sites one and two.
