My daughter's mother in law is now a minister in some church and can perform marriages. Six kids and a widow.

Demented old ladies are not ordained Roman Catholic priests. However the Episcopalians, the spiritual heirs of Henry VIII (a man who certainly was interested in women), would welcome her.
A “dissident group” has no authority to ordain a priest. This is just ridiculous posturing. If she wants to be a priest, she should go be an Episcopalian. She is not RC.
The ordination of women as priests, along with the issues of married priests and birth control, represents one of the big divides between U.S. Catholics and the Vatican hierarchy.
