SACRAMENTO San Diego Countys growing homeless population could sleep and sit in public and solicit donations without facing criminal citations under a proposal moving through the California Legislature.
Supporters of the Homeless Persons Bill of Rights and Fairness Act say it would establish needed protections from discrimination against the homeless. They point to a wave of quality of life and anti-nuisance ordinances enacted by cities and counties that criminalize sleeping, sitting and sharing food in public places.

The homeless have the RIGHT! to panhandle in front of businesses causing customers to either run the gauntlet between them or shop elsewhere.
They have RIGHTS!
The open theft act; we’ve going to grant carte blanche to anyone who can’t claim a house to yours, to use your business as their dining room table, their income, and their toilet. And you’d best like it, because of course, right in this legislation will be penalties for anyone who dares object to someone stealing from them, including the government.
Because the only way to have ‘fairness’ is to make some of the animals more equal than the others. So go ahead, spend your lifetime, your father’s lifetime, your grandfather’s lifetime building a business, and let us wreck it with the mere stroke of a pen.
Just disgusting how much these slime demand the privileges of micromanaging every aspect of life, including just how little rights you have as a taxpayer, and how much rights the leeches have to take it all away from you.

OOOKAAAY; They will have the right to beg in public, to sleep in public and the right to sit in public, will they also get the right to SH*T in public, because they are already doing that.

Then it would be the perfect opportunity to help them utilize the free medical care that they’re entitled to.
Use a good tough cane or a baseball bat, just make sure they don’t know you.
