She may have visited other victims but in my opinion that would have been done as a ruse in order to meet with this terrorist. It is similar to the way that her husband began bowing to other world leaders only after he was caught bowing to the Saudi king. They are not fooling anyone.

Someone else pointed out that some movie or TV show had a situation where the wife of the President or VP was sent to make a personal visit for some reason. The guess was the show 24. And if memory serves me right, it was to make a physical delivery or deliver some type of secrete message.
