We have overt open racists running DOJ and the White House.
Eric damn well knows that most blacks get longer sentences because they commit far more violent crimes and they are very often repeat offenders to violent crimes.
These sentences don’t just appear out of thin air. They actually take into account specifics of each case. They have actual trials, and the history of the defendant is known.
What a damn racist this man is. Blatant racist. More blacks commit crimes than whites for the size of their demographic group, that’s why a disproportionate number are in jail. They also are far more prone to commit violent crime, which carries longer sentences.
This man is an utter joke. An embarrassment to the country and the concept we’re all supposed to be treated equally.

The Marxists’ solution is to redistribute the time sentenced to ALL persons.
Get ready to serve your two years in lockup for the women/children/minorities most affected.
And consider how many first time (!) or juvenile offenders don’t even get a slap on the wrist-like the most recent “wilding” in Chicago, in which people were assaulted, 20 cars were vandalised, etc-18-20 of the “yoots” were brought in until their parent or “auntie” or whoever could be found picked them up-no jail time, nothing. They are being charged with what amounts to childhood “mischief”, even though their “mischief” put an elderly man in the hospital after he was robbed and attacked while being accompanied by his granddaughter, who was fortunately pulled into a business doorway and protected by a stranger.
Back in the 80's when crack cocaine was first hitting the streets, Marxine Waters, Jesse Jackass and others of their ilk called it a scourge of the inner cities and demanded that penalties for dealing and possessing crack were jacked up higher than for like amounts of simple cocaine.
They got exactly what they asked for...the longer sentences for blacks merely reflect the fruits of their efforts.
It ain't rocket science. What would truly work is more black children being born to intact families with a mummy and daddy. Their poverty rates and crime rates under such circumstances are actually lower than white kids born under similar circumstances.
Maybe if blacks listened a lot more to leaders like Dr. Thomas Sowell and a lot less to leaders like Eric Holder, more of them could join that elite group.
Goes for white kids, too!
Every time I see a video of mobs robbing Walgreens I wonder how many crimes these thugs will commit until they actually land in prison.
