The author doesn’t get it.
They are doing exercises designed to train them how to subdue the civilian population of urban areas around the country. This would alarm people so they are couching it in cutesy names, like zombie apocalypse. It has nothing to do with zombies or aliens and everything to do with imposing government restraint on Americans within our nation.

We already have something designed to get people to act like zombies, wandering aimlessly, without thought or coherent communication, consuming instinctively, apparently of a 'hive mind'. We call it television.
Why would a government that denies the existence of aliens or UFO’s hold a drill to protect us from them? Is this their plans for some type of false flag operation?
I believe intelligent life is out there, but seriously don’t think we will ever meet.... not in this life.

Caught lots of people surprise. Many thought he was losing it,,,many thought he was trying to let the world know that the more technologically advanced countries had evidence of extraterrestrials.

This is a very famous video made by a shuttle crew in Sept. 1991. They were watching what appeared to be UFO’s when what seems to be a laser or something is fired at one of them from the Earth’s surface. The UFO makes an abrupt right angle turn and whatever was fired at it misses.

It happens quickly at about the 10 second mark. The bright object is moving from right to left, and suddenly it makes a turn to seemingly dodge something fired at it from the Earth’s surface.
Shades of Project Bluebeam I think.
Henceforth, April 27 is OZ Day ("Official Zombie" Day)
If you recall, 'twas a New York homosexual bar where homosexuals rioted against pending arrests that created its "Stonewall" homosexual rights movement; likewise, 'twill be a Moscow, Idaho "Zombie" recovery attempt on April 27 that will be the genesis for Zombies to now be able to "come out of the closet" once and for all!!!
Just think where this will all lead!
Zombies will be able to parade in "Zombie Pride" parades;
Zombies will be able to secure recognized Zombie Affinity groups in Corporate America;
and all non-discrimination policies will now add Zombieism as under umbrella protection.
The govt will quickly move to censor all Zombie films and televised series as "racist" "prejudicial" and "stereotyping" -- ya know like The Walking Dead series and these 99 others: Top 100 Zombie Films and TV-series
And...leave it to a town name of "Moscow" to accord them these new-found "freedoms" of liberation!!!

Wow, good thing the sequester did not cut the funding for zombie training, that is such a primary threat to the Nation.
Perhaps the government intercepted communication from beyond the galaxy that aliens were planning a zombie attack against the USA and that’s the reason for the 1.2 billion rounds of ammo being stockpiled...just thinking.
