Well, one does have the right to face one's accusers. Even if they are traumatized survivors of a massacre.

I forgot that Ferguson argued with a victim on whether or not it was actually Ferguson that stood over him and pulled the trigger.

I doubt it was Justice Daniel FitzGerald that presided over that trial.

No that trial was in Nassau County, more conservative than NY County. But the judge just didn’t want to find him insane because everyone wanted him to stand trial. Clearly he was totally out of his mind and it just made the judge and court look foolish to pretend otherwise. On top of that, it was traumatic to the victims having to be cross examined by the guy who shot them! He would never have been released anyway and frankly, it made other judges take note in future cases.

This guy should have gotten himself a collar and he would have been rewarded by such rants. The same as Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton are.

Sharpton has caused more injuries and death than this guy has.

How long until the likes of Sharpton and Jackson call the judge a “racist”?

Heck, we have a President who believes that. 'Course, Obama does a better job suppressing his overt psychotic tendencies than Johnson does, but...

...but a president is in a position to kill a lot more people with drones, weapons, troops, abortionists, death panels, all kinds of ways. And he has.

When I saw the title I thought that he is going to be buried.

Yep. He’s responsible for more deaths than Johnson. Bengazi alone makes him worse than Johnson. He’s just as unrepentant, just as malevolent, just as hateful, just as much of a racist, and the potential of more deaths at his hands, even of the nation itself (which he despises), is going to be hanging over our heads for the next four years.
God knows what he’ll do. I’d rather throw myself at the mercy of Steven Johnson than that hateful, jug-eared Kenyan demon.
