You’re just a vicious racist, a Manhattan judge said in sentencing a psychotic gunman to 240 years in prison for holding 15 white patrons of an East Village wine bar hostage 10 years ago.
Steven Johnson — an AIDS-infected, unemployed Brooklyn barber — had burst into Bar Veloce on Second Avenue just before closing time on a June night in 2002, dousing everyone with kerosene and shouting, “White people are going to burn tonight!”
One decade, one mistrial and one overturned verdict later, Johnson was up to his old tricks again at his sentencing yesterday — ranting about the economic collapse and comparing himself to the great terrorists of yore.

“But in your 15 minutes of fame you proved to be no more than a malevolent and vicious racist. You accomplished nothing that night except instilling terror in the hearts of innocent, decent people, injuring some of them...
“You showed no mercy toward your victims that night... And therefore you’ll receive none from me.”
I am offended that it too eleven years, and untold dollars to put this pond scum away. The cops never do their job. One of the witnesses said that the cops refused to shoot this guy a second time when they arrived. But they have no problem emptying their guns into your dog!

But that would be because the SoCal police were being “hunted” by one of their own. Under those circumstances, citizens become just like the family dog, only more so.The “Police Motto” is “To Protect and To Serve Ourselves.” Translation: We plan on going home tonight, no matter who has to die!
Heck, we have a President who believes that. 'Course, Obama does a better job suppressing his overt psychotic tendencies than Johnson does, but he's just as bad.

Colin Ferguson. What a cluster uff that trial was. I watched the whole thing. He cross examined his own victims referring to himself in the 3rd person. The judge should never have allowed that trial, it made a mockery of pretty much everyone involved in the criminal justice system.
