Barack Obama on Monday nominated Gina McCarthy to replace Lisa Jackson as Environmental Protection Agency administrator.
McCarthy, who currently heads the EPA's air and radiation office, has vowed "not to sit around and wait for congressional action" when issuing environmental regulations.

Finally, a Mcarthyite the left can love.
Well, that should secure her confirmation.
The H or Reps claims budget responsibility.
Get with it !
Since she has already been the “overseer” for radiation and air (whatever the hell that means) she should be a shoe in. Since she controlled the air she should be able to conjur up some wind to help her sail through. If not, a nuke powered boat will help. And you thought lisa jackson was dangerous. We ain’t seen nuthin’ yet. This “hole” administration is disgusting. But hey Jack, that’s how they like it.
This administration is acting like the bad guys in the Star Trek “Tholian Web” episode.
We have numerous government agencies, creating a web around us from every direction.
The only tool we have to destroy the web is what little remains of the 2nd Amendment. Once the web is completed, meaning of course they have completely eviscerated the 2nd Amendment, there will be no escape.
There will be no USA to come to the aid and rescue of US citizens like we tried to do for so many other countries.
Since hussein ignores congress, so should all appointees, right?
Since there is no budget from the Demmodummies, there should be no money to fund her program either. If we don’t know what they planned to spend, we couldn’t sequester it either. Too bad for her! Cut her off at the pocketbook and perhaps, just perhaps, she will get the point.
