USA is withdrawing our troops from Afghanistan and it’s unlikely we’re intervene anywhere else anytime soon.
Funny, we are still deploying AD to Iraq (MSM crickets, plus the kicker, we are involved in a messy Sunni and Shiite triangle by attempting to work both sides in different areas, lol), what makes you think Afghan will be any different? Oh, wait, you must believe in this fairy tale called “end of combat operations” well unfortunately there are plenty of other operations that will be alive and well. Bagram (Several other FOBs) for instance is/are being beefed up well into the billions for some long term plan that will continue to drain our resources/taxpayers. AD will be deployed by the thousands for awhile...
