Just as Laws can't be passed Ex Post Facto to penalize preious acts, the DADT Policy should not be retroactively found to be un-fair....it was a Policy KNOWN PUBLICLY, and violation resulted in Dismissal.
There is NO WAY Taxpayers should subsidize sex deviates CHOSEN lifestyle, nor be FORCED to pay for their "exposure and dismissal due to following APPROVED Policy".
