Indeed he was yucking it up and so full of himself. However he may have overplayed his hand by gleefully saying the GOP never wanted to raise taxes on millionaires...but those earning $450,000 and above will be taxed.... as if to stick it in their eye. Instead of diplomacy we got an immature egotist gloating that he got his way. Well until the house votes, this deal can still unravel.
