That’s how my uncle died. Fell off the second last rung of a ladder and got a concussion. Wound up with a clot and died 3 days later. Age 65.

You get over 30 you can get clots in seconds ~ our attendance clerk at my 5th grade school went in for a checkup, got a clot lying there on an examination table, died!

We were all in shock ~ still are. Funny thing, I always remember that woman every time something like this happens.

Still, Hillery has fallen unconscious in public before ~ at Ronald Reagan's funeral. Billzo did too. Within months he was getting coronary bypass surgery ~ just took longer for Hillary ~ the protective aura of female hormones I guess ~ although you'd think Bill would have gotten some protection from that quarter as well.

Still, she's a Democrat, and when they're needed for votes they wheel them in on a gurney ~ she can testify Thursday about Ben Ghazi.

My brother had this in the late 90’s from a fall where he hit his head on a piece of furniture. It had happened a few days prior and all of sudden he couldn’t talk...started slurring and making no sense. Excrutiating headache that wouldn’t go away. My dad knew something serious was going on and got him to the ER and he had major head surgery to take care of it. He was lucky. He’s not a Leo, but he has 9 lives.

Sorry about your uncle. :( Head trauma can be bad...always think of poor Natasha Richardson.

I believe that is how actress Natasha Richardson also died. She fell and hit her head on a ski slope, ended up dying a little while later from a blood clot. She was young when she died.

I’ve hit my head quite hard a number of times, and I’m only 27.
