Constitutional Eligibility

So let me get this straight. If everybody does it it must be legal?

No.

If you kidnap a baby and raise it as your own, the kid's immunization records shows you as the parent, the kindergarden school papers show you as the parent, Kinko the Klown has records of being the clown at her 3rd birthday party, and your neighbors all say you had the kid when you moved into the white house, then as far as this court is concerned, you are the parent.

No birth certificate required.

Still not sure why they get paid but I’m sure you have an answer.

Actually, your post made almost no sense. But I surmise that you are continuing to blame everyone but yourself.

The Judge has abdicated his responsibility and the duty of the Court.

your neighbors all say you had the kid when you moved into the white houseNot just that but if they say the 12 year old kid was born in the white house when the parents didn't even slip across the border until the kid was ten, then as far as the court is concerned, the kid is a US citizen. True story. Was sitting next to the state attorney hitting his arm to make him speak up but to no avail.

“Since the United States Government declares this man to be President, this Court will not disput it. Case dismissed.”

Well, there’s “Precedence.”

Must have gotten a visit from the guys in black suits and sunglasses: “Judge, do you really want to go down the path of trying to remove the first black president and throw the nation into civil unrest?”

Let ME state again for the record and you lurkers from the White House can take notice, if you wish: “Barack Hussein Obama is the greatest NATIONAL SECURITY THREAT ever levied on our great nation.

God Help Us Please.

We do live in an upside down world today for sure. Without the gyroscope of Christ one could easily lose their way.

Kenyan-born, B. Hussein Obama has secured his place in History as the Anti-Christ that was twice elected to an Office that he could not legally accept.

He did, just not in the funny section that was excerpted here. Why the poster excerpted a public domain document is a good question.

The state court noted that they had no jurisdiction. The state election picks electors; I imagine the qualifications of the electors would be in the jurisdiction of the court.

The electors then vote for the President. That is something a federal court would deal with, if anybody would.

It does appear that, if a party picked a candidate who clearly did not meet the constitutional qualifications, and then the people elected their electors, and those electors voted for them, the courts would not intervene.

On the other hand, if the congress then refused to certify the results, the court may not intervene either.

Courts still have the judicial power under the Constitution to resolve controversies arising under the Constitution. The failures of others doesn’t justifies this judge’s failure to apply the available law.

Impeachment is the only answer. The GOP controls the House and the House has the sole power of impeachment.

No one is going to impeach this guy unless they find something that is undeniably incriminating of some sort of federal offense. The Republicans don’t have the political power or will to challenge this guy without fear of damaging their own political reputations. Second, an impeachment would be fruitless because the Democrats will rally the wagons in the Senate to prevent it from going any further.
