I don’t know how the NRA would answer this but my reasons are: Obama - Biden - Holder - the gutless wonders of Congress - the dementia farts of the Supreme Court - the lust of the powerful and malicious who make laws that govern and shackle us - and my NEED to live as a FREE MAN!
Well I would like to nominate drunk ed as the chief confiscator assigned to taking them from the biker gangs, crips & bloods and other notorious gangs across this great land who won’t even laugh at him as they carve their initials across his large @ss.
Maybe then he will under stand why citizens want them. These people and more like them will be coming for our wives and daughters, our food stocks and water if the dollar collapses.
Why? Do the automobile manufacturers need to state why 600+ HP vehicles are needed by anyone? I'm your biggest nightmare Ed, I like and own SUVs, pickup trucks, ATVs, muscle cars, motorhomes and firearms.

Before we ignore this as just the ranting of a liberal gun-grabber, let’s look at a couple of facts.
Recently, zero wanted Congress to authorize the American military with the power to arrest American citizens on American soil. The DBM tossed this one off as just adding more protection against terrorists. Uh-huh.
Now we have Sandy Hook and leftists screaming for gun control to a president who has already demonstrated his disdain for both the Constitution and the rule of law and promised to take action to keep incidents like Sandy Hook from recurring.
Put the two together and, Voila!, we have American military with a list of ALL the mandatory federally registered guns in America knocking on your door to collect your guns.
Think it can’t happen? You better think again.
I have 2 things to say to this fat, drunken wife-beater:
1) The government cannot promise safety in prisons, where the inmates can be and are strip-searched, where there are metal detectors, regular friskings and severe restrictions on who can come in and what they may carry. Yet stabbings and even shootings occur on a regular basis. So how, exactly, are you going to assure that 300 million guns are taken away from 90 million or so free citizens (who have access to the Internet, books, copying machines, metals and all sorts of metal-working tools and machinery) without making it WORSE outside of prison than inside of it?
2) MOLON LABE! Come and take them...YOU, YOURSELF - don’t send someone else’s kid, display some conviction behind your big words and do it YOURSELF. Let’s see if you get past the 2nd or 3rd house without being carried away in a meat wagon.

Easy question to answer, Speshul Ed. I own an 'assault rifle' to keep anyone from confiscating my other guns.

There were TWO rifles. He took one into the school along with two handguns. He killed the kids and adults with that rifle. Then, heard the cops and shot himself in the head with one of the handguns.
The sheriff said there was still ONE RIFLE in the car, so there were TWO RIFLES - one he used and one he left in car.
Like always, the Dems are going to overreach on this. It will be the thing that keeps them from taking the House in ‘14.
