"Witness Eight is 18 years old and was 18 at the time according to Crump's interview of her according to her sworn statement to the prosecutor on April 2, 2012. Her unedited statement to the prosecutor was not released to the defense until September and only after repeated requests. Her age was edited out of the interview in a previous disclosure." Motion to Compel Production of Evidence from a Third Party

I’ve been saying from the very beginning that as soon as the election was over the Zimmerman prosecution would evaporate.
I hope Zimmerman sues CNN, ABC and Crump, Parks, and Jackson out of existence.
They owe him everything they have for maliciously destroying his life and reputation.
She was probably a customer of Trayvon’s, looking for some “lean”.
“Yeah, homegirl, I jes picked up the gredients. Got me the watermelon tea and the Skittles... I jes need to find me a medsin cabinet with the tussin now... They got to be some around here somewhere... Hey, I think some dude is following me.”
Suppose every ABC and CNN newscast had to close with this announcement:
“Brought to you by the same news team that deliberately lied about George Zimmerman to forward a racist agenda”
What is lean?
Team Crump MADE HER UP?
This is going to be so much fun!
Being a Prosecutor of 25 years never, ever, ever is it all as simple as you think.
So, essentially, the prosecution was lying about the girl’s age to keep the defence from questioning her and finding out the real story. Is that it? They didn’t want the defense to ask what she was talking to Trayvon about and why she didn’t call the police?
Hydrocodone liquid mixed with soda, etc. Also called “draynk”
Keyser Soze? Familiar sounding. Kaiser Soze. There’s more to this.
That's not fair. You're just using experience, facts and reasoning for your response.
Footnote 14 is particularly interesting for what it reveals of the state’s stonewalling in the case. There is every reason to fear that Zimmermann will not get a fair trial. They want to send a message to white Americans that they do not have a right to self defense if a member of a favored group tries to kill them. Zimmermann is not white by the usual standards (he is part white, part South American Indian, and part African in ancestry) but he has been made an honorary white for the purposes of this case.
Or , from Wikipedia:
Since the release of the film, the name Keyser Söze has gained two popular uses in Western culture:
The first is as a description of a legend, usually of underworld crime, which is a result of the character’s presence in The Usual Suspects.
The second is a shorthand reference to being fooled into believing in a person who does not exist. This use of the name is owed to the film’s twist ending.
In his 1999 review of Fight Club, film critic Roger Ebert commented, “A lot of recent films seem unsatisfied unless they can add final scenes that redefine the reality of everything that has gone before; call it the Keyser Söze syndrome.”[6]
The problem is most prosecutors are only interested in getting a conviction with too little interest in whether the suspect is actually guilty.
Thanks for posting
And thanks to The Conservative Treehouse for busting this case wide open
Its time for the prosecutors to drop charges
And it is time to primary out Pam Bondi and Rick Scott in 2014...who bought the Black Racist spin and pushed for a Prosecution when our local State Attorney refused to do so. No Real Conservative can vote for these people after their stupidity in believing Al Sharpton over reason and evidence
And, not forgetting Angela Corey and Richard Lester too...your respective jurisdictions will have to handle that
When the investigators are conflicted about probable cause the case is dead when they take the stand. Media stories about incidents like this rarely capture the facts a jury will hear during a trial, but this is one of those rare instances that I observed and read fatal flaws in a case immediately. On top of that, they reached too far with the charges. The defense is going to destroy this case at trial and if I were Zimmerman I would want the trial to clear my name - no negotiations.
Prosecutors would do well to avoid being caught up in anything involving the race hustlers... they come in and stir it up and leave those duped by the hysteria holding the bag. Lady Justice is supposed to be blind for a reason.
Note: Should be “Kenneth Lester”....not “Richard Lester”
