Which ones? There are 56 in Philly, 16 in Cleveland and probably some in Baltimore MD with 100% Obama. But these articles need to be more specific especially if there are precincts "beyond 100 percent" since most precinct level information can be found and verified online.

The liberals are truly afraid of the loss of any part of the herd, it means another percentage of goods, services and of course providers for the takers.

Polls indicated that Romney was going to win the election. The economy is close to Great Depression era conditions, and unemployment is almost as high as when Obama entered office.
