Since the Muslim Brotherhood gave birth to al-Qaeda, doesn't it seem absolutely plausible that the Muslim Brotherhood is still spewing forth this type of vermin?

Why would the US ever recognize, or in any way support the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt or anywhere else it raised its head. Only with a President with the middle name Hussein, would these in any way become remotely possible.
