Obama is no different than any other committed leftist.
I picked up on this first (and last) time I saw him on TV back in ‘08.
If Barack Hussein Obama cannot bring himself to show sufficient empathy with those in the same room, how did ANYONE ever come up with any qualities of “likeability” that apply to him?
The ultimate “post turtle”.
So O doesn’t “like people?” That’s okay.. we don’t care for him much either.
He loved mankind, but he hated people.
No surprise - I don’t like him, either.
If my recollection of history is correct, Hitler did not like people either but he was great at manipulating the German people and finding fellow nutcases to be his devoted followers.
Explains why he didn’t have any friends in college. Except for the choomers who only liked him for the weed his grandma’s money bought.
This man is a psychiatrists dream. He has so many psychosis that he could be an entire textbook with zillions of footnotes.
Both Obama and Moocher are nasty people. My wife’s relatives all swoon over him and repeat his lies. White liberal guilt.
Defies logic. He is KILLING our country and they don’t care. But it’s COOL to support Obama!
He’s typical of the hard left, he LOVES “the masses” but he hates people.
I always knew he was a jerk and a phony. He reminded me of Carter (who I also did not vote for) — but worse!
I had a foster daughter that acted just like this.
I don't normally watch the Lehrer Newhour, but two or three weeks ago I caught a snippet of the Friday segment with Mark Shields and David Brooks (as usual, both trashing the Republicans from different angles). Shields was very emphatic that Romney was not likable and there was nothing he could do to change that.
So Obama may be doing his best to destroy the country, but vote for him because he is more likable.
Because he’s a narcissist.

Exactly. Their intent is to *control* people and stomp out the non-compliant. The thin veneer of compassion is just their sleezy marketing tactic. And I never thought it was a good one. Backhanded coersions and/or overt government dictats and outright revenge aka social justice do not spring from the hearts of kind and loving souls.
The demanding, despotic rabble are naturally attracted to despotic leaders because the little cowards can stay in the shadows while their thug politicians promise to do the fighting for them. Ever notice how ofen the Dems sprinkle the word "fight" into their rhetoric? They always need to fight. Peaceful, good-natured souls they are not.
