If you would look further, you would see that I was opposed to Mitt back in ‘08. My reason, and that of many others here, is that he is not a conservative. He is GOP-e through and through. I am only voting for him b/c the alternative is so much worse and at least he picked Ryan as his running mate.

We in CA got a foretaste of this race when Brown beat Romney’s protoge Whitman. If it wasn’t for 0bama’s horrible record and his disasterous debate performance, 0bama would be close to beating Romney like Brown beat Whitman.

I’m not sure how Rasmussen got that number but nothing has changed in his swing state polls since Romney was ahead.

Rasmussen has Montana and Arizona as only likely Romney.
Montana: Romney 55%, Obama 38%
Arizona: Romney 52%, Obama 42%

I wonder how far ahead Romney needs to be before Ras puts them in Mitt’s column.

A vote against Obama is intended to get RID of him. How in hell is a vote for a third Party candidate going to do that?

What? You really can't tell the difference 'tween a blue state & a swing state?

What you said here applies only to swing states -- where, yes, a vote against Obama -- and for Romney -- matches that intention of ridding us of Obama.

A vote for Romney in a blue state is tossing your vote away on a sure loser -- for that state!

It's almost as if you don't know the basics of electoral-college voting.

Sorry. But voting for a second-place loser in a swing state doesn't give you any payback -- unlike horse-racing or Major League playoffs.
