When I read the amount ($400K) I thought that was huge for only a couple of elections. Seems he may have learned some tricks from Murtha but isn't near as slippery as Murtha, Reyes got caught.

I have no idea if the guy who beat him in the primary will be an improvement. He wants to legalize drugs. I wish for a miracle and that would be the Republican, who is female , will win in an 80% Democrat town.
