Andrea Mitchells amazed reaction, after Sununu confirms that, why yes, he did indeed intend to call the president of the United States lazy, without skipping a beat is kind of priceless. JOHN SUNUNU: What people saw last night was a president that revealed his incompetence, how lazy and detached he is, and how he has absolutely no idea how serious the economic problems of the country are, and how he has failed to even begin to address them. And I think even the liberal press reacted with shock at this revelation, and I find it fascinating, now this morning, after theyve slept, to watch them all scrambling around to clean up the mess the president left on the floor last night. On the other hand, Mitt Romney came in with a lot of specifics, a lot of very sharp knowledge of issues, not only with the Obama-version of bumper-sticker numbers, but the governor showed that he understand policies and he understand how to make policy into law talking about what he did in Massachusetts.
ANDREA MITCHELL: Governor, I want to give you a chance to maybe take it back. Did you really mean to call Barack Obama, the president of the United States, lazy?
JOHN SUNUNU: Yes. I think you saw him admit it
he said, you know, theyre making me do this work. He didnt want to prepare for this debate. Hes lazy and disengaged.

All one has to do is use Obama’s own words to come to the same conclusion as Sununu did.
Love him!
On Fox news this morning Sununu said Obama would never do better in debates because he is just not that bright. That’s what he said. I remember because I clapped when he said it.
He did not seem like he was really the President. Maybe he just reads the teleprompter and doesn’t have to think much.
how did andrea mitchell ever make it in to journalism?
Just say it: Obama was a child of a well-to-do family who came of age in 1979, just as affirmative action was revving into overdrive. He is a lazy child of privilege who was handed everything.
Can’t say “lazy.”
That’s code.
Dog-whistle.
The MSM dogs are shocked.
I also saw the facial expression and body language in the same light as you. I'm wondering if Andrea and Alan have a shrine dedicated to Obama in their home?
She came along at a time when there were few women in the business and the networks needed to fill their female quota.
John Sununu gave us David Souter and ruined the Supreme Court for decades. Even when he’s right, his opinion is worthless given the lasting damage he has done to the Constitution and the very fabric of American life.
BO is NOT that bright - he’s been handed everything in life and given a pass, never challenged. When faced with superior intelligence, knowledge, and experience, he crumbled.
Sorry, did I say "lazy?" I take that back - I mean f***** incompetent
Sunnunu should have gone further and called him — “A no good, lazy, jug eared, Marxist basturd”
Maybe if his teachers and professors had spent more time actually preparing him for a day like yesterday, and less time building his self-esteem, he might not have embarrassed the nation with that half-a$$ed performance.
Romney was lecturing the president like he was a kid. It was like watching a 275 lb. weight trainer arm-wrestle a third grader. Good job NEA, Georgetown and Harvard! s///
The left loved to characterize W as borderline illiterate...
While the press knew the truth...
Wall Street Journal - Bush Is a Book Lover
By KARL ROVE
It all started on New Year's Eve in 2005. President Bush asked what my New Year's resolutions were. I told him that as a regular reader who'd gotten out of the habit, my goal was to read a book a week in 2006. Three days later, we were in the Oval Office when he fixed me in his sights and said, "I'm on my second. Where are you?" Mr. Bush had turned my resolution into a contest.
.....
At year's end, I defeated the president, 110 books to 95. My trophy looks suspiciously like those given out at junior bowling finals. The president lamely insisted he'd lost because he'd been busy as Leader of the Free World.
.......
There is a myth perpetuated by Bush critics that he would rather burn a book than read one. Like so many caricatures of the past eight years, this one is not only wrong, but also the opposite of the truth and evidence that bitterness can devour a small-minded critic. Mr. Bush loves books, learns from them, and is intellectually engaged by them.
He really isn’t bright and we all knew it here but the vast majority was swayed by the obamov media. We saw him for who he really is...an empty suit...an empty chair. Without the protection of the media this guy wouldn’t have gotten off the start point.
I think that the bigger issue here, then that he's lazy, is who is the "they" that he is admitting to being controlled by???
