Same way he pulled off amnesty, just do it and see if anyone has the balls to try and stop him. No controlling legal authority. I wouldn't bet against him.
Under arrest by whose authority? He has committed multiple unconstitutional, high crimes and misdemeanors - there he sits . . . nobody'd do a damn thing

Obama shutting down the election would be quite a feat.
I agree with Jim Noble. Jim says he’d be arrested if he tried. I think at the very least he’d become a subject of ridicule and the object of LateNight TV jokes.
As has been pointed out, the November 6th election is actually 51 separate elections.
Each of those elections also has down ballot candidates that have nothing to do with the Presidential contest.
Add to that local referendums and ballot initiatives and I think you can begin to see the magnitude of any undertaking of what you suggest.
Let’s just stick with beating him at the ballot box because the election will take place.

Obama did a decent defense of free speech in his U.N. speech last week. There was one line about "the future must not belong to those that would slander the prophet of islam" that was taken completely out of context, that Freepers went overboard on.
He might just do the same thing again.
Besides this is a double edge sword.
Everytime Obama condemns the video, he advertises it. More and More muslims will watch it, some of whom will realize those stories are based on the koran.
Plus, what's the score now? Dead Americans 4, Dead Muslims 33? You could argue that Obama is getting Muslims to kill each other by denouncing this video.
Obama is a talker, not a leader.
And as we know, when he talks, he often lies.
Nothing he said at the UN was worth the energy he used to utter it.
He just isn’t believable, and the world has figured that out.
But that’s the way he wants it, an America untrustworthy and weak.
His is the role of the appeaser....
