… and going.
(Times) About 1500 people belonging to a Muslim outfit called the Sri Lanka Thaweed Jamaath (SLTJ) protested in front of the fort railway station today voicing for the removal of video Innocence of Muslims which insults Prophet Mohammed.
The protestors who were initially shouting anti United States slogans at the fort railway station then later marched towards the American Embassy holding placards and effigies of Barack Obama and the producer of the movie Terry Jones.
The leaders of the organisation were escorted by the police when they reached next to Galle Face and were taken to the American Embassy where they met the officials there and requested them to urge the US government to remove the video and also issue a warning to Google for allowing such a video.
The protestors after submitting a petition to the embassy officials burnt an effigy of Barack Obama and the US flag.

Meanwhile ....
Thanks one-percenters, now it’s back to around the clock class warfare.
Via Washington Times:
After enduring a little ribbing on “Late Show With David Letterman” in New York on Tuesday, President Obama collected $4 million at a fundraiser hosted by Jay-Z and Beyoncé at their lounge bar, Manhattan’s 40/40 Club.
About 100 donors who paid $40,000 each to attend the event sat on sofas in a large, glass room, according to the pool report.
Jay-Z and Beyoncé gave only brief remarks, letting Mr. Obama bask in limelight.

It must be costing the UAW and SEIU a fortune sending all those demonstrators over there to keep this myth alive...of course, they’ll be re-imbursed by one of Zero’s PAC’s, but still...

Obama effigies burned... celebrity roast! Or maybe, “celebrity toast.”

Too bad obama wasn’t there in person.
